Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the interfaces with the Client and external Stakeholders to secure the necessary permits, simultaneously to coordinate with the interface management team.
  • The Interface & Stakeholder Manager is responsible for overseeing the interface process and confirming that interface issues are identified, documented, and resolved.
  • The roles and responsibilities in the project are as follows:
    • Act as a single point of contact regarding the Interface Management process across Worley offices.
    • Set up, initiate, develop, document, and manage the Interface works within the Worley project team, Ma'aden, and other designated external parties to ensure both internal and external interfaces are identified and addressed.
    • Establish and manage internal interfaces.
    • Promote alignment on the Interface Management process and keeps the parties informed on interface issues.
    • Continually improves the Interface Management process.
    • Provides support and involvement in the identification and resolution of interface issues including escalating any dormant, overdue, or unresolved interface issues to the project management.
    • Manages comprehensive, timely, and accurate reporting of interface status.
    • Reviews and provides input to the project schedule to reflect performance of interface issues.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience in mega EPCM project.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and CAD tools.
