Job Description

My client is a leading international contractor who are currently working on a major construction project in Riyadh and are looking to recruit an experienced stakeholder office. The role will include the following;

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders as required such as Riyadh Airports Company, General Authority of Civil Aviation, Saudi Electricity Company, Civil Defense, telecom providers, etc. and internal project teams.
  • Manage PTW, access permits (airside/landside) and shutdown requests. Track and follow-up approvals to avoid delays.
  • Assist the Interface Manager in tracking interface issues, ICFs and registers. Ensure timely communication of risks and constraints. Reports to Interface Manager / Stakeholder Manager. Close coordination and working with: Construction, Design/Technical, Planning and HSE teams.
  • Attend stakeholder coordination / internal team meetings and workshops. Prepare MoMs, trackers and progress/status reports.
  • Ensure works comply with airport safety, security and operational constraints, especially near active runway/taxiway and live utilities.

Candidates should have a degree in electrical engineer or construction management or similar and should have worked in a stake holder management position on major airport or infrastructure projects in saudi. Candidates should also have the following experience

- Technical understanding of Electrical utilities (mainly MV, LV power and ICT) and interface processes (ICF/ICD/registers).

- Experience with airport stakeholders and exposure to Electrical works, landsides and airsides airport permit processes.

- Familiar with Saudi authority standards, process and procedures environment.
