The Role

You own startup success.

You identify, select, support, and scale the next generation of AI startups while building venture creation and venture growth programs across the ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Own the startup lifecycle from application to scale
• Design and manage startup programs, cohorts, and venture-building initiatives
• Build and manage founder pipelines
• Run startup selection, onboarding, milestones, and Demo Days
• Support commercialization, pilots, and venture growth
• Manage strategic startup partnerships with ecosystem operators
• Build investment-ready pipelines for the Seed Fund
• Coordinate with Platform, Partnerships, and Intelligence teams

Profile

Startup operator and ecosystem builder.

Has run accelerators, venture studios, incubators, venture-building programs, or startup portfolios. Knows how to identify talent, select startups, support founders, and move ventures from idea to commercialization.

Strong founder empathy combined with operational discipline. Equally comfortable reviewing a pitch deck, helping a founder close a customer, preparing a startup for investment, or designing a venture-building program.

Founders trust this person because they have been in the trenches and understand what building actually looks like.

Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• .Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in platform management, product management, startup ecosystems, digital innovation, community building, or related fields
• .Experience in AI, technology, SaaS, venture capital, startup ecosystems, or digital platforms is highly preferred
• .Fluency in English is required. Arabic is a plus
