A leading Gas Project is urgently hiring for the role of Static Mechanical QC Inspector
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement) OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
- Additional certification in QA/QC, Welding Inspection, or Industrial Inspection will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and fabrication processes
- Minimum 5+ years GCC experience(Aramco project experience is mandatory)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong in Static Mechanical QC (Piping, Tanks, Pressure Vessels)
- Perform inspections for piping, tanks, and pressure vessels
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards, ITPs, and specifications
- Conduct fit-up, welding, dimensional, and final inspections
- Witness hydrostatic / pneumatic testing
- Review material certificates and ensure traceability
- Raise and follow up on NCRs and corrective actions
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and reports
- Coordinate with client, contractors, and third-party inspectors
