Station Manager

We are looking for an experienced Station Manager of the stations assigned as a business unit from the technical, organizational, administrative and commercial point of view.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation and fulfillment of stations budgets.
• Observe & monitor the inspection process, to ensure compliance with SASO regulations manual.
• Managing staff and ensuring smooth operation.
• Preparation and developing stations budget.
• Observe & develop daily productivity.
• ositive interaction with customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reports within a maximum of three working days.
• Keep inspection stickers in secure & closed place under his responsibility.
• Notify immediately operation manager if the inspection sticker is lost.
• Preparation daily & monthly required inspection reports.
• Correcting inspection process mistakes & documented the corrective action.
• Support, educate & conduct refresher training plan.
• Control the vehicles flow & appointment, managing the queue of the vehicle in an efficient way.
• Coordinating with upper management, at the same time pass management's vision to staff in simple manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering (preferably automobile, mechanical)
• English spoken fluently.
• Experience: 5Y as manager of a vehicle inspection brand, workshop or similar, or car agencies service advisor.
