Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Statistics Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, pricing analysis, and business performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term business plans.
Conduct financial and profitability analysis to support business decisions.
Monitor sales performance, volume planning, and pricing strategies.
Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review processes.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure business alignment.
Provide insights on financial performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Support vehicle ordering, inventory planning, and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Liaise with regional and international stakeholders when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Planning, Finance, or Management Reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, PivotTables, forecasting, and data analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and business performance analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
