Steel Foreman (Oil & Gas)

Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

Coordinate and execute maintenance and construction activities of piping, pipeline, equipment overhauling (vessels & tanks) and structural fabrication and installation.

Perform process simulations using software like Aspen HYSYS to model and optimize oil and gas processing units.

Preparation of method statement and Task risk assessment (TRA)

Assist and contribute to preparation of a monthly maintenance schedule ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set timeline.

Communicate the approved maintenance procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their work is carried out in a control manner. Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all pipe and steel fabrication work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner.

Ensure timely implementation of daily work on priority basis. Prepare overhauling schedule and daily work schedule. Ensure to implement PTW system and prepare technical reports.

Ensure timely completion maintenance activities as per set standards and plans.

Good technical skill and Knowledge of life saving rules. To control the maintenance expenses as per the approved budgets.

Salary: AED 6,000 + Offshore Allowance
