This is an on-site contract role for a Steel Structure Supervisor located in Dammam. The Steel Structure Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of steel structure projects, including supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with project managers and subcontractors. Responsibilities include reviewing project plans, inspecting work sites, managing schedules, and ensuring that construction standards are met.

• Experience in supervising steel structure construction and managing work sites
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam
• Relevant certifications and a degree in civil engineering or a related field are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
