About the Role
We are looking for a Steward to join Indoguna Productions FZCO in JAFZA, Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across production, storage, and common areas, ensuring full compliance with food safety, Halal, and health & safety requirements. You will play an essential role in supporting daily operations by creating a safe, hygienic, and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas, dry stores, cold rooms, freezers, and common areas in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitizing, and waste disposal activities following approved SOPs.
- Handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and as per manufacturer and safety guidelines.
- Support pest control, hygiene inspections, and internal audits by ensuring areas are inspection-ready.
- Assist in maintaining Halal integrity by following segregation and hygiene requirements.
- Report any hygiene, safety, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
- Comply with health, safety, environmental, and food safety policies at all times.
- Support production and warehouse teams during deep cleaning and special sanitation schedules.
- Promote a clean, safe, and disciplined workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum high school level education preferred.
- Prior experience as a steward or cleaner in a food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety practices.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and extended standing.
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given priority.
