Your Role in Our Success
- Operate dishwashing equipment in accordance with established procedures
- Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, equipment, and food production areas
- Ensure clean wares are delivered to kitchen stations as required for service
- Maintain the cleanliness of all back-of-house Food & Beverage areas
- Follow daily cleaning schedules for floors, walls, ceilings, shelves, and equipment
- Support food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with additional operational tasks as required by the team
The Ideal Candidate
- High School education or equivalent qualification
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate preferred
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and Food Hygiene standards
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment
- Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dependable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards
