STIBO STEP (MDM) Developer

Description

We are seeking a talented STIBO STEP (MDM) Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Master Data Management, specifically with the STIBO STEP platform, and will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models within the STIBO STEP platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes and workflows.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and testing procedures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for MDM processes and systems.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in MDM solutions, specifically with STIBO STEP.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and MDM best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and data integration tools.
• Experience with ETL processes and data migration techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
