Stock Control ManagerAbout the Role:Men's Club is seeking a highly experienced Stock Control Manager to lead and manage inventory control operations across our retail network, ensuring stock accuracy, efficiency, and optimal availability within a fast-paced Fashion Retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective stock control policies and procedures across retail stores and warehouses.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, shrinkage, and stock aging.
- Identify, analyze, and closely monitor slow-moving and non-moving items, recommending corrective actions to improve stock turnover.
- Lead and manage the stock control team, setting KPIs and ensuring performance targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehousing, Retail Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and variance analysis across stores and warehouses.
- Ensure proper system usage, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across inventory systems.
- Support business growth through data-driven inventory planning, forecasting, and control.
Job Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of experience in Stock Control / Inventory Management.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
- Retail experience is mandatory (Fashion Retail is highly preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with inventory management systems such as Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Previous experience with Retail Pro is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-store retail environment.
