Stock Controller - Fashion

ob Discerption:

• Audit warehouse receipts with purchase orders and supplier's statement.
• Work the stores addition, issuing and adjustment operations.
• Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock
• Work on all inventory Kind (Raw, Packing, Finish product.
• Do monthly reports for the stock of the company for finished products.
• Follow-up all inventory transaction linked with inventory Expenses Account and validate.
• Performing random checks and audits
• Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory or similar role.
• BSc in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field
• Prefer knowledge in Odoo system
• Problem-solving: Ability to identify inventory issues and proactively suggest solutions.
• Experience in Retail or Fashion: Knowledge of the fashion industry and retail operations is often preferred.
• Active participation in inventory audits
• Excellent organization skills
