Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt, and requires a dedicated Store Assistant to support daily retail operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, handling inquiries, and providing a high level of customer service. The Store Assistant will also support staff training and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and helpful environment for customers.
  • Experience in Retail Sales and Organization skills to manage inventory and store setup efficiently.

Requirements:

Age: 2230 years old

Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

(Nutrition Sports Science Science Marketing)

Language: Good command of English

Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel as required
