Location: Kuwait

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 8 hours (rotational, including weekends and holidays)

About the Role:

RIZE is hiring a Store Associate to run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and keep the store clean, stocked, and secure.

What you will do:

• Handle store opening/closing procedures and daily operations

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product recommendations and upselling

• Process POS transactions and cash/card payments

• Maintain stock levels, shelf presentation, and pricing accuracy, and report reorder needs

• Monitor product quality, including damage and expiry checks

• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure, and assist with loss prevention

• Complete shift handovers and daily reporting

• Support product launches, promotions, and display setups

• Build relationships with repeat customers

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, new arrivals, and nutrition trends

• Monthly and anual inventory audit (stock count)

• Maintain petty cash and its transactions

What we are Looking For:

• Bilingual (Arabic & English) — mandatory

• Experience in the health, fitness, sports, or nutrition industry — required

• Comfortable with cash handling and POS/payment systems

• Sales-driven, with strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow structured checklists

• Well-groomed and presentable

• Team player, comfortable coordinating shift handovers with colleagues

• Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Valid, transferable residency (Article 18 or Article 22) in Kuwait
