Store Keeper - Automotive - Odoo Must - Dubai

Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000/month

ERP: Odoo Experience Mandatory

*ABOUT THE ROLE:*

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper with Odoo ERP knowledge to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations for our automotive facility in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inward/outward material movement and maintain stock records in Odoo ERP
• Handle GRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer and Stock Adjustment in Odoo
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits / cycle counts
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams for material availability
• Ensure proper labeling, binning and storage as per automotive standards
• Maintain store documentation and ensure compliance with ISO / 5S procedures
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise PR for replenishment
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to production / workshop
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store area
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years experience as Storekeeper / Store Assistant / Inventory Keeper
• MANDATORY: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP - Inventory / Warehouse module
• Experience in automotive / manufacturing / spare parts / engineering industry preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management, GRN, stock keeping
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills
• Physically fit and able to manage store operations
• Must be currently in UAE and available for immediate joining
