JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to Create items on the system based on Spare Part Requisition form and relay it to procurement department to proceed with purchase. Check min stock highlight on ERP, relay to plant manager for review and approval, and forward it to procurement department to proceed with purchasing. Receive items based on the related PO, enter the transaction on ERP, and store them in the designated location for proper inventory and relay respective invoice to customer service and logistics manager and plant manager for signature Issue to plant Spare Part Issue Form, enter journal on ERP for proper inventory. Conduct monthly and yearly inventory and relay it to Accounting for check and review. Implement 5S activities in Store to maintaining it tidy and easy to acces
