We are looking for a candidate:

  • With management skills;
  • With an excellent understanding of all the performance indicators of the retail store and the retail network;
  • An organizer who can inspire the team.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the sales plan and improving the quality of service indicators.
  • Work in the sales area, interaction with customers on questions related to: return of goods, defective goods.
  • Providing a high level of customer service. This includes answering customer questions, helping with product selection, and resolving conflict situations.
  • Opening/closing of a work shift.
  • Maintaining cash discipline, encashment.
  • Personnel management: distributing of functional responsibilities, managing the daily roster, briefing and guiding the staff by holding meetings and training sessions.
  • Taking the responsibilities of the store manager in his absence, interacting with the administration of the Mall and the company's headquarters
  • Implementing the operating procedures at the store and ensuring the brand and company's policies and procedures are adhered by all the staff at all the times

Requirements:

  • At least half-year experience on a similar position (Senior Sales Assistant, Supervisor) in retail;
  • Leadership skills, goal orientation, positive attitude and ability to work well with others;
  • Relevant experience (fashion);
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, POS Systems;
  • Knowledge of the specifics and market of fashion;
  • Knowledge of the basic business processes of retail network management;
  • Knowledge and skills of personnel management, including recruitment, training, motivation, goal setting, control;
  • Knowledge of sales technologies, merchandising standards;
  • Team management skills;
  • Knowledge of English and Russian is at least B2.
