Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail professionals.

• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock management, and merchandising standards.

• Maintain store compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.

• Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance.

• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in retail systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
