Store Manager

*We're Hiring: Store Manager – Dopeamine*

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time

Dopeamine is a growing specialty coffee brand, and we're looking for an energetic, hands-on Store Manager who's passionate about great coffee to lead our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

*What you'll do*

• Run daily store operations: opening, closing, cash handling, and shift scheduling

• Lead, train, and motivate the barista team on brewing standards and service

• Maintain top quality in espresso, filter/manual brews (V60, etc.), and hygiene

• Manage coffee bean and supplies inventory, ordering, and waste control

• Drive sales and hit monthly targets through upselling and great service

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management

*Requirements*

• *Must have* 2+ years proven experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in a specialty coffee shop

• *Must have* a transferable Iqama (candidates currently inside Saudi Arabia only)

• *Must have* a valid Saudi driving licence

• *Must* speak fluent Arabic, with good English

• Strong barista skills: espresso calibration, milk texturing, and manual brewing

• Good knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and extraction

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Experience with POS systems (Foodics is a plus)

• SCA certification is a plus

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Available to join immediately (preferred)
