Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with ANTA standards.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory, including replenishment, stock counts, and loss control.
- Handle staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
- Monitor store KPIs and provide regular sales reports with improvement suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Country Manager to implement promotions and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
- 3+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; sportswear/apparel/footwear experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS systems.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and use KPIs to drive performance.
- Good communication skills in English; organized, hands-on, and reliable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
