Store Manager (Footwear)

Responsibilities

• Follow up on daily sales to achieve set target.
• Follow up on replenishment and transfer between branches.
• Follow up with section sales team to improve customer service.
• Supervise on deliveries of items and allocating them.
• Daily follow up with logistics and purchasing departments.
• Weekly sales report and suggest ways to achieve targets.
• Motivate sales team to meet sales objective by training and mentoring sales staff.
• Preparing sales reports and weekly comparison.
• Sending branches reports and deliveries.
• Top 10 items report for each sections.
• Product cycle and evaluation reports.
• Maintain branch cleanliness and visual display condition.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for new items.
• Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent experience in retail (Fashion & Footwear)management.
• 3-5 years of experience in same position.
• Strong relationship-building and credibility across all levels.
• Effective problem-solving and alternative solution thinking.
• Clear and efficient communication skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
