Store Manager-Hypermarket

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across Grocery, Fresh Food, Non-Food, Bakery, Butchery & Deli, Electronics, and Front End.
• Drive sales, margins, footfall, and store profitability.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and wastage.
• Lead department supervisors and manage staff rosters/performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
• Oversee loss prevention, security, cash management, and store standards.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Store Manager in Hypermarket / Supermarket
• Malayalam Speakers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hypermarket operations, sales, inventory, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
