Responsibility
- Build the high-end retail brand image of store, provide the best service experience for consumers.
- Be responsible for the daily operation of flagship stores, formulate rules and processes for flagship store operation, and achieve efficient and high-quality operation.
- Be familiar with Mall business model and also the investment and retail process personnel of mall, need to interact with Mall to engage in activities or road show site coordination.
- Take charge of the career development and cultivation of store employees, Develop and implement employee development plans.
- Manage the overall work of store, and reach store sales target and profit target.
- Manage store overall stock on purchases/sales/inventory.
Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail industry, retail shop management experience is referred.
- Professional knowledge and skills related to shop management and chain industry operation management.
- Having store manager experience in the world-class retail industry, also have the capability of independently managing large personnel, managing high sales scale.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, communication operation and management of a quality team in terms of sales and customer service.
- Expertise in foreign languages, public speeches, and planning.
- Knowledge on basic MS Office application.
