Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Store Manager is based in Zagazig. The Store Manager will oversee store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory, and day-to-day retail operations, implementing policies to prevent retail loss, and achieving sales targets. The role involves fostering a welcoming shopping environment and driving team motivation to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention expertise for effective business operations and safeguarding assets.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide top-level shopping experiences and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong Communication abilities to lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members and interact with customers professionally.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage team performance.
- Experience in retail or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
