• Sales and Customer Service:

  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
