Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for a Store Manager at Lillyhome - Arkan. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing employees, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, improving processes to maximize sales, and managing inventory.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or other customer-facing business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, inventory management software, and point of sale systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Experience in merchandising, marketing, or visual merchandising is a plus
- Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional customer experience
