We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience within a premium retail environment for a Footwear Brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Drive sales, achieve store targets, and maximize profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years as a Store Manager.
- Experience with international retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Strong leadership, team management, and commercial skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store KPIs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- European nationals preferred.
- Experience with brands similar to premium footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or apparel retailers is highly desirable.
