Job Description:
The Store Manager (Manufacturing) will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, ensuring high efficiency, profitability, and customer service standards. Combining retail expertise with a strong background in inventory, logistics, and process improvement, this role focuses on maximizing sales while maintaining rigorous stock accuracy, safety protocols, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Efficiency:Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing structured, process-driven methods to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Inventory Control:Manage inventory levels,, perform regular cycle counts and audits, and maintain high accuracy
- Safety & Compliance:Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
- Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks in daily operations and implement solutions to improve workflow, similar to lean manufacturing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:35+ years in a supervisory role, with proven experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics environments.
- Technical Skills:Must be good in excel
- Leadership:Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance targets.
- Analytical Skills:High level of competence in analyzing sales data, financial reports, and inventory metrics.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing staff and liaising with suppliers.
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is often preferred, but not mandatory if extensive relevant experience exists.
- Hindu/Urdu language fluency is a plus
