Responsibilities:
- Supervise receiving processes (warehouse and direct supplier deliveries), organize items on shelves, and ensure proper pricing labels in line with company policies.
- Oversee supplier agreements, expenses, petty cash invoices, and ensure daily sales cash matches approved procedures before bank deposits.
- Track financial performance including profit & loss reports, expenses, damages, and fresh product orders, ensuring proper controls and timely reporting.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare reports on sales trends and slow-moving items, update pricing, and ensure proper product display and accurate customer transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualification (preferably a bachelor's degree).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
