Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced tore Manager (female candidates are encouraged to apply) to lead a prestigious luxury fine jewellery boutique at one of Riyadh's leading luxury retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager within fine jewellery, luxury retail, watches, premium fashion, or other luxury brands.
• Proven track record of leading teams and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for luxury retail and client service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
