This role combines responsibilities for remote sales, CCTV monitoring, and operational oversight of store activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with store managers, sales representatives, and the business team to ensure efficient security monitoring and operational excellence. Strong English communication and follow-up skills are essential.
This is a remote position based in Cairo, Egypt. Candidates must have access to a private workspace, a reliable computer system, and high-speed internet. This position requires active monitoring, sales, making it essential to participate in the full eight-hour meeting, share your screen, and keep your camera on during working hours. These measures are necessary to ensure effective monitoring of the stores and to confirm consistent engagement, as the role demands continuous focus throughout the day.;

Key Responsibilities:
-Sales & Customer Interaction
- Collaborate with in-store staff in the USA to assist customers and promote products.
- Provide recommendations on vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories to drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new product launches.
- Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.
- Relay customer feedback, complaints, and concerns to management promptly.
-Remote CCTV Monitoring & Security Oversight:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, potential threats, or operational irregularities in real-time.
- Analyze footage for customer interactions, store compliance, and performance improvements.
- Maintain logs and reports for review by the management team.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure CCTV equipment remains functional.
-Operational Support and Administrative Support:
- Support store managers in monitoring daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Keep up with Trello updates to ensure efficient task execution.
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales, customer interactions, and store feedback.
- Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide actionable feedback on upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in strategy meetings to discuss operational and security enhancements.
-Team Support & Hiring:
- Assist in the hiring process, including conducting second interviews for new team members.
- Provide coverage during emergencies such as callouts.
- Support training efforts by sharing best practices and improvement insights.
- Participate in strategy meetings to enhance operational efficiency and security measures.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in store operations, CCTV monitoring, security operations, and sales
- or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted operations.
- Exceptional follow-up and analytical skills to ensure continuous improvement in-store performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and efficiency.
- Proven experience in managing teams, particularly in retail or operational settings.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, financial operations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Budget: Gross Net Salary: $300 + Commission up to $200
Working Hours: Alabama Time:12 PM 8 PM (includes 1-hour break), MondayFriday; Saturday: 4-hour shift.
Egypt Time:8 PM 4 AM (includes 1-hour break), MondayFriday; Saturday: 4-hour shift.
