Store Product Manager

Gloria Jeans

At Gloria Jeans, our product teams sit at the center of the commercial engine. As a Store Product Manager, you play a key role in connecting product strategy with the reality of our stores and customers.

You will combine data analysis, market awareness, and commercial instinct to ensure the right product reaches the right stores at the right time. Working closely with Retail, Buying, and Supply Chain teams, you will help drive sales performance and deliver the best possible customer experience in our stores.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast decision-making, ownership of results, and working in a dynamic retail environment.

What You Will Do

Drive Product Performance in Stores

You will monitor daily sales and stock performance across your store network, identifying opportunities to maximize sell-through and improve product availability.

Through continuous analysis, you will:

  • Identify top-performing products and growth opportunities
  • Detect slow-moving items and propose corrective actions
  • Optimize size and product distribution across stores

Your insights will help ensure that every store has the most relevant assortment for its customers.

Connect Stores with Product Strategy

Working closely with Store Managers and Area Managers, you will translate commercial strategy into actionable product decisions at store level.

You will:

  • Ensure collections are correctly represented in stores
  • Support implementation of commercial priorities and key launches
  • Provide feedback from stores and customers to Buying teams

Your role acts as a bridge between central product strategy and local market reality.

Manage Stock Flow and Allocation

In partnership with Distribution and Supply Chain teams, you will define stock priorities and ensure efficient product flow across the network.

This includes:

  • Managing replenishment of key products and new arrivals
  • Rebalancing inventory between stores when needed
  • Monitoring stock levels and preventing overstock or stock-outs

Your decisions will directly impact product availability, store productivity, and sales results.

Identify Commercial Opportunities

Using sales trends and market insights, you will contribute to defining commercial actions that improve store performance.

Examples include:

  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities between categories
  • Supporting promotional and markdown initiatives
  • Highlighting products with strong potential to scale

Your proactive approach helps ensure our collections perform at their best throughout the season.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong commercial intuition.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in product management, merchandising, allocation, or retail planning
  • Are comfortable working with data and sales analysis
  • Enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Are highly organized and attentive to detail

Preferred qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Fashion Management, or similar
  • Strong Excel / data analysis skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
