Position Summary
The Store Helper performs duties to support receiving and shipping, deliveries as instructed by the Asst. Storekeeper, Storekeeper or HOD.
Summary of Main Duties
- Actively participates in upholding and promoting the vision and culture of University Hospital Sharjah (UHS)
- Complies with all UHS policies and procedures and fire regulations
- Participates in all aspects of the International Accreditation program to contribute in the UHS attainment and maintenance of international accreditation standards
- Distribute and delivers ordered materials to the Hospital and staff.
- Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse area in a neat and orderly manner.
- Self-development participate in internal orientation, mandatory competencies , ongoing education programs to maintain a current knowledge base as needed
- Works any shift as per the duty roster of the Materials Management Department when designated
- The employment terms and conditions for this position are specified in the individuals Employment Contract
