Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and update stock records regularly.
  • Issue and distribute items to students, teachers and staff as authorized.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages promptly.
  • Ensure safe, clean, and organized storage of all school items.
  • Coordinate with vendors and administrative staff on supply needs.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and assist with annual audits.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or diploma in storekeeping, inventory management, logistics, or business administration (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management (experience in a school or institutional setting is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, inventory software).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle physical stock.
