StoreKeeper

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Storekeeper will ensure proper stock control, warehouse organization, and timely availability of materials while following company procedures and safety standards.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  
  
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, storage, and arrangement of all items in the warehouse.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
  
  
• Prepare materials for issuance to projects, departments, or site teams based on approved requests.
  
  
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned team for replenishment of materials.
  
  
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  
  
• Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
  
• Ensure materials are stored safely and protected from damage, deterioration, or loss.
  
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse in accordance with company standards and HSE requirements.
  
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Project, and Finance teams regarding material movements and requirements.
  
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stocks and report accordingly.
  
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and dispatching materials when required.
  
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, consumables, and other warehouse items.
  
• Update inventory information in ERP/WMS or other inventory management systems.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and warehouse reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and health and safety regulations.
