Role Description The Storekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait, responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse and stockroom operations. The role includes receiving goods, unloading deliveries, checking documentation, and organizing items in designated storage areas. The Storekeeper monitors stock levels, conducts regular inventory counts, ensures accurate records in inventory systems, and prepares items for dispatch through proper packing and labeling. This role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following company procedures and safety guidelines, coordinating with logistics and purchasing teams, and operating warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to track stock levels, maintain accurate records, and support timely replenishment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and prepare orders for delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment, following safety standards and company policies.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines are required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, storekeeping, or logistics is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and work effectively in a team environment.
