Knowledge
- Inventory and warehouse management principles, processes, and systems
- Warehouse operations and documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery notes)
- Basic supply chain flow
- Familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Skills
- Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- Communication (oral and written)
- Time management and teamwork
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
- Problem-solving (stock discrepancies, delays)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Diploma/certification in logistics or supply chain (preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years in warehouse or inventory roles
- Experience with inventory systems, stock audits, and reporting
