We are looking for experienced Storekeepers to join our team engaged in major projects across Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling construction materials, tools, and equipment, with a minimum of 5 years experience working on construction projects within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and safely store construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and issue materials as per site requirements.
- Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and stacked in line with safety standards.
- Prepare and submit stock reports, inventory updates, and material consumption records to the Site Manager/Project Engineer.
- Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor material expiry, damage, and manage return or replacement procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Track tools and equipment movement and ensure timely return from site staff.
- Adhere to and enforce safety and housekeeping regulations within the store area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper on UAE construction projects.
- Experience in Roads, Bridges, or Infrastructure works is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or inventory management software.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Storekeeping, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with RTA or other government projects.
