Company Description
Zokolat Craft Chocolate is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage warehouse and inventory operations within our chocolate manufacturing facility.
This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient inbound and outbound logistics, accurate stock control, and proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect raw materials, packaging supplies, and incoming stock; verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documentation
- Report discrepancies and coordinate with procurement or quality teams when required
- Prepare and coordinate dispatch of finished goods and outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems
- Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Ensure proper storage conditions, including temperature and humidity control suitable for chocolate products
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics teams
- Support documentation, reporting, and stock movement tracking
- Help prevent stock loss, damage, or discrepancies
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse, storekeeping, or inventory management
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage
- Basic English communication skills for documentation and coordination
- Familiarity with inventory systems and stock reporting
- Awareness of hygiene, food safety, HACCP, or GMP standards is beneficial
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to material movement and storage
