Job Description

  • To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory records under direction including all associated Documentation and recording keeping for accounting purposes.
  • To develop and maintain a professional relationship with third party carriers, courier companies.
  • Ensure all stock records are kept up-to-date maintaining accuracy
  • Receipt stock in accordance with our policies
  • and procedures
  • Keep accurate records for all inwards and outwards inventory movements
  • Look for and Implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of stores activities.
  • Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective store.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Investigate and report on any warehouse issues for damaged or missing stock
  • Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met
  • Organise all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
  • Manage stock control: the goods receipt, storage, retrieval and timely picking of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry
  • Documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores, making the most efficient use of resources available, both staff and space.
  • Ensure that all stores activities are closely supervised and managed and any issues immediately reported and escalated
  • Constantly review processes and systems and recommend improvements and changes.
  • Prepare the Archiving / Examination Project plan based on Availed Resources (Outsourced & ADIB Staff) to meet target date
  • Handle the Delivery and Receive process for documentation will be scanned along with ADIB departments (AMC , Consumer Finance Operation)
  • Enhance the System used for the Scanning to meet the working process needs
  • Input the Examination and Scanning Process
  • Assure the Quality and Accuracy of the indexing process over System for the Scanned Documents in order to avail the needed softcopy of the ADIB customers documentation on Captiva to eliminate the Risk of lose them in case of Fire or Drown and
  • To ease up the Branches and Departments searching process for needed documents into Boxes Kept at stores
  • Handling and Cooperating with Xerox Outsourcing Team to achieve the project mission on target date

And any other assigned Tasks

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree.

Job specific Skills:

  • 10 Years of experience out of which 4 years of electronic archiving experience
  • Experience of Managing multi-site store with direct supervisor reports is essential
  • Excellent IT knowledge and warehouse systems knowledge essential
  • Problem solving and supervising
