Job Title: Stores & Logistics Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced Stores & Logistics Coordinator to join our aerospace operations in Dubai. This role plays a key part in managing warehouse operations, material logistics, and compliance with trade regulations within a dynamic MRO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all domestic and international shipments, ensuring proper documentation and customs compliance
- Receive, issue, store, and distribute materials in accordance with internal procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and ERP updates (SAP preferred)
- Ensure correct tagging, marking, and storage of materials, including shelf-life and quarantine items
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and government agencies for efficient logistics and permit renewals
- Resolve shipping issues, expedite transport as needed, and support cross-functional teams
- Support EH&S, quality control, and continuous improvement standards
- Follow all requirements outlined in the Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals
Requirements:
- High school diploma with minimum 8 years of related experience, or university degree with 5 years experience
- Minimum 3 years of aerospace industry experience, preferably within an MRO
- Strong understanding of import/export processes, documentation, and classifications
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license required; forklift license preferred
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and support other departments as needed
