The Opportunity:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Stores, Procurement & Logistics Staff to support day-to-day stores operations, procurement activities, and logistics coordination. The role involves inventory control, handling shipments, and assisting with local and international procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with stores, procurement, and logistics operations
  • Maintain inventory records and support stock control activities
  • Arrange and follow up on international shipments
  • Assist with customs clearance documentation and coordination
  • Handle dangerous goods shipments in accordance with regulations
  • Arrange deliveries and collection of equipment and materials
  • Control, issue, and monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Support procurement of materials and equipment locally and internationally
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures

Your skills and experiences: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, and customs coordination
  • Familiarity with dangerous goods handling is an advantage
  • Understanding of rotating equipment is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems)
