Role Summary
The Senior Strategic Account Manager Saudi Arabia is responsible for owning and expanding Archer's most strategic enterprise accounts in the Kingdom.
This role manages named large accounts across regulated and strategic industries (Banking, Energy, Government, Telecom). It requires strong executive engagement, strategic account planning, and long-term value creation.
The position is focused not only on revenue growth but on strengthening Archer's executive relationships, expanding SaaS adoption, driving Evolv platform penetration, and positioning Archer as the trusted risk platform across the Kingdom.
This is a high-visibility leadership role within the META region.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership
- Own full commercial responsibility (New + Expansion + Renewals) for
- Develop and execute multi-year account growth plans.
- Maintain 34x pipeline coverage within assigned accounts.
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations and multi-year agreements.
Executive & C-Level Engagement (Critical KPI Area)
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CRO, CISO, CFO, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Committees).
- Conduct structured executive engagement plans per account.
- Drive minimum defined number of C-level meetings per quarter.
- Coordinate Archer executive involvement when required.
- Elevate Archer from vendor to long-term strategic partner.
KPI Component:
- C-Level engagement frequency & depth
- Executive sponsor alignment in top-tier accounts
Platform Expansion & Innovation Adoption
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell of additional modules.
- Position and expand adoption of:
- Evolv Compliance
- SaaS migration
- New platform innovations
- Increase multi-product penetration across business units.
- Lead strategic roadmap discussions with customers.
Community & Market Leadership
- Identify and develop customer references within Saudi.
- Support case studies and reference programs.
- Host and participate in executive roundtables and customer events.
- Contribute to building Archer's Saudi customer community.
- Support local thought leadership initiatives.

Relationship & Risk Management
- Protect and grow recurring ARR.
- Identify early churn or competitive risks.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain disciplined forecast management (Clari/SFDC).
- Apply MEDDPIC rigor across strategic opportunities.
- Maintain accurate deal progression visibility.
- Partner closely with pre-sales, partners, and services.

Profile & Experience
- 10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record managing large strategic accounts in KSA
- Experience selling into regulated industries (Banking, Energy, Government)
- Strong executive presence and negotiation capability
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar ARR portfolios
- Deep understanding of Saudi business culture and stakeholder dynamics
- Arabic & English fluency preferred
