We're hiring a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise customers across KSA. This role suits an experienced SaaS/EUC sales professional who can operate at a strategic level, build trusted executive relationships, and consistently drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own 810 strategic enterprise accounts, responsible for both new business and renewals
- Create and execute strategic account plans to expand solution footprint and long-term value
- Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Work closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer outcomes
- Identify growth opportunities through market insight, customer feedback, and competitive awareness
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews
Key Requirements:
- 710 years of technology sales experience, with 5+ years in SaaS / EUC
- Proven success exceeding targets and driving growth in the KSA markets
- Strong strategic thinking, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills
