A globally recognized medical technology leader with a strong presence across KSA and international markets is seeking a Strategic Account Management Director to lead enterprise-level partnerships across its most critical private healthcare systems.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role.
This is a country-level strategic leadership position responsible for orchestrating multi-therapy engagement, building C-suite partnerships, and unlocking sustainable long-term growth across complex healthcare ecosystems.
The organization operates across multiple therapy areas and brings innovation that impacts millions of patients globally. The role offers high visibility, strong regional exposure, and leadership team participation.
The Opportunity
As Strategic Account Management Director, you will:
- Lead the country's strategic accounts organization
- Own enterprise-level relationships with selected private healthcare groups
- Sit on the local Leadership Team
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, share expansion, and therapy penetration
- Mobilize cross-functional teams across multiple business units
- Represent the organization at CEO and executive level within major hospital systems
You will act as the strategic connector across therapies ensuring the full strength of the portfolio is brought to each key account.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain senior executive relationships across strategic hospital systems
- Identify, qualify, and drive multi-therapy enterprise opportunities
- Design and execute structured strategic account plans
- Lead long-term commercial agreements and partnerships
- Deliver revenue and profitability targets
- Coach and develop high-performing strategic account leaders
- Drive forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility
- Operate effectively within a complex matrix environment
- Contribute actively to country-level strategic direction

Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience
- Strong background in medical devices or healthcare technology
- Experience managing complex hospital systems
- Demonstrated success in matrix organizations
- Executive presence and comfort engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
- Experience leading and developing senior teams
- Fluent in English
