Conduct strategic assessments of initiatives and proposals submitted to leadership, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and national vision
Provide high-level advisory support to senior executives on priority initiatives, policy decisions, and transformation agendas
Lead the development of briefing materials, strategic recommendations, and insight reports for executive leadership
Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure leadership receives well-rounded, actionable information for decision-making
Track the progress of special initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expected impact are monitored and reported
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to translate leadership directives into practical execution plans

Requirements
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university; a master's degree is highly preferred
8–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic advisory, or special projects from a global consulting firm, or a mix of consulting and industry experience
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence in executive-facing settings
Ability to synthesise and translate leadership vision into actionable plans
Highly adaptable and comfortable working across functions and teams
