A leading FMCG company is seeking a
Strategic Financial Senior Controller to lead financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis
- Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management
- Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and growth opportunities
- Support strategic projects, business cases, and organizational initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
- Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions
