Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading investment management firm to appoint a Strategic HR Partner to join its regional Human Resources team in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded professional to help shape people strategy and drive workforce initiatives that support the firm's long-term growth and business objectives.
Working closely with senior business leaders and HR leadership, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic people initiatives across talent management, organisation design, workforce planning, leadership development, employee experience, and change management. You will leverage data, market insights, and business priorities to identify opportunities for organisational effectiveness and enhance the firm's talent agenda.
This role will partner extensively with HR Centres of Excellence, business stakeholders, and regional teams to deliver impactful programmes and solutions. You will be involved in driving cross-functional projects, facilitating organisational change, supporting transformation initiatives, and translating business needs into pragmatic people strategies. The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous evolution of HR practices, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and industry best practices.
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring a strong consulting or strategic advisory mindset. This could include individuals with experience from management consulting, human capital consulting, organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, or business strategy functions. We are also open to experienced HR professionals who have built a strong foundation across multiple HR Centres of Excellence, such as Talent Management, Rewards, Learning & Development, Organisation Development, Workforce Planning, or Talent Acquisition, and are keen to move into a broader strategic HR role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and high-performing environment. Prior experience within financial services, investment management, banking, private markets, or other complex multinational organisations will be highly advantageous.
