Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Strategic Human Resource Management professional based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development. The role involves managing performance appraisal systems, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with leadership to optimize organizational structures and practices.
Qualifications
Human Resource Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition skills
Expertise in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Employee Development
Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Organizational Policies
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to provide innovative HR solutions
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in HRM tools and software is a plus
Experience in a leadership HR role, preferably in the Middle East region, is an advantage
